Rubber to Metal Bonded Specials

In addition to the range of standard anti vibration products, we undertake the design and fabrication of special rubber to metal bonded products to suit customer requirements. The bonds produced by our high pressure hot vulcanising process are stronger than the rubber itself and are waterproof. Metal parts are typically plated for additional corrosion protection where appropriate.

Special Assembled Items
We can modify standard items to suit particular requirements. This may include the application of other elastomers within the rubber/metal assembled mounts, extended mounting plates or other machined features.
