As part of our internal product range development programme and as a service to customers, new state-of-the-art materials testing machine has been introduced into the development laboratory. The Zwick Roell Z30TN ProLine machine will provide for accurate force/deflection data across the range of current and future products and is networked into our business systems. Equipped with both 1KN and 30KN calibrated* load cells, measurement accuracy is provided across a wide range of products.
* Calibrated to DIN EN ISO 7500-1 Class 1 and Class 0.5
A range of tooling exists for this machine but for special requirements we can design further tooling in-house to suit special applications. Tests for compressive and tensile loading to break can be accommodated and customers can be provided with simplified data (average ‘spring’ rate, graphs (see below) or a formalised report detailing the preparation, tooling, test methods and all output.
